Underfloor Lifting Systems

„Underfloor“ mounted systems designed for lifting / lowering trains for maintenance, repair and replacement of wheelsets, bogies and components. The lifting system and car body supports/stands are designed according to the special requirements of the clients. The initial position of the Unterfloor Lifting System is at "Zero" level (T.O.R.) which allows the unobstructed use and passing of the main working level „Zero“.

Underfloor Lifting Systems – Cantilever Design

With this kind of lifting system the bogies to be replaced can be moved out and in beneath the whole lifted rail car (train). This is especially interesting for workshops with space constraints.

Underfloor Lifting Systems – Column Design

This kind of lifting system allows the replacement of bogies and components directly behind the lifting system.
